surface pounding, it Surfs at very low power and Flies at high

Note that the keel and transom are above the lake water
level, all the time, and that the boat is riding a wave created
to lift it, so it skims the surface over the "Hump
Drag" as known in the field of Wing In Ground Effect for
air and sea vehicles ...done here without the use of any wings
or airlift, or hydrofoils lift..!!!
Without the fins, the boat acts like other existing
race boats act, meaning, flying without easily controllable directional
stability. This prototype TestBoat also lost 2 mph when I took
the fins off the hull!!!!
It is important
to Take Note, that this 12' TestBoat is bigger then many Tow-Tank
test-models being used for Scientific Research, and is further
proof of this beneficial invention. This way of testing I used,
gives us real life proof on real open water; with the ability
to first and further verify beyond any doubt, the Commercial value
